Full time Customer Service Representative – Mattoon Branch

Responsibilities include:

• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payment and check cashing.
• Opening accounts such as checking, savings, safe deposit boxes, CDs and IRAs.
• Answering customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories.
• Balances each day’s transactions and cash totals.
• Assists with maintaining and balancing the ATM.
• Cross sells bank services and products.
